Aggregator 4.5.2 for DNN 4.5.0+

A new build that targets DNN 4.5.0 and higher.

    - Added objectQualifier to constraints, a problem when doing multiple host installs in a single db
    - Changed load order of modules based on whether module support partial rendering or not
