When you save a Portal to a template (with content) and then use it as the basis for a new portal, None of the aggregator settings are carried over. Looking at the database it looks as if nothing ic copied all apart from the module itself.
This is a problem for me, as I use Aggregator heavily and need to clone my site!

The module needs to support IPortable for that which currently Aggregator doesn't support. I'm going to have it in the next release though.

The newest version of Aggregator, version 6 released today now supports IPortable and also includes a copy Aggregator feature that makes it easy to copy Aggregator and it's contained modules to another page.
