Hi Richard,

I want to rotate the main slogan at the top of PokerDIY (I have a couple of different ones). I want each person to see it in order though - the Mandeeps CSS Rotator remembers each user so shows them in order - ie. the first time you go to the home page you will see the prime slogan, second time (same user) you will see the 2nd. Can your rotator do this too? It's important they see it in the right order.

Thanks
Rodney

Hi Rodney,

No, my rotator will start back at the first image when they return to the home page, it doesn't remember where they were. That's a good idea for an enhancement though.

Ok, so at the moment on a high-usage site it is possible that a user might only ever see the one module? Ie. if they view Module 1 and someone else hits the page and sees module 2 the first user will see module 1 again after postback? It would be great if it could rotate for each user.

No no, on postback it will cycle through each module/pane of the rotator for each user separately .. the views of another user won't affect it. If the user goes to another page and then comes back, it will continue on to the next pane. I was mistaken in my reply above as I thought it would reset after a page change but because it's using a session cookie it will remember where it left off during the browser session. If they close their browser and come back to the site, it will start at pane 1 again.
