| Hello,
I am getting an unhandled error loading module. Is there a way to fix this. Please let me know cause I would like to use your module for my webpage.

| Hi,
This error was just fixed last night. You can log into your SnowCovered account and re-download the install package or email me at support _at_ dnnstuff.com with your invoice # and I'll send it to you. You'll have to go into the modules section and uninstall the one that is there now and reinstall the new version.

| Hi,
I sent the update to your hotmail account yesterday. I also reset your download count so you can redownload the original install package from SnowCovered also. There is currently no patch for this, I have just updated the full install.

| Hello.
I'm suffering from this same issue yet the snowcovered patches and hotfixes does not have the update.
I'm experiencing issues when I place the Module Rotator within my DNN page. The first issue is:
1) I add the module and then select and save a module to rotate. I select update and I'm returned to the DNN page with the Module Rotator displaying correctly. When I move the order of one of my other modules on the same DNN page I get the following error:
Error loading module
DotNetNuke.ModuleLoadException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to SecondaryCentre ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.GetSelectedModule() at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.RenderModules() at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.UserControl.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at System.Web.UI.ControlCollection.Add(Control child) at DotNetNuke.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleSettings ModuleSettings, PortalSettings PortalSettings) in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DNNOriginal\admin\Skins\Skin.vb:line 600 --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
The only way I can restore the module is by removing the Module Rotator and then adding it again as well as the associated modules.
2) When I attempt to shadow the Module Rotator using Inventua Shadow I get the following error:
Error: Shadow Ads is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.ModuleLoadException: Input string was not in a correct format. ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.GetSelectedModule() at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.RenderModules() at DNNStuff.ModuleRotator.ModuleRotator.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.UserControl.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at System.Web.UI.ControlCollection.Add(Control child) at Inventua.DNN.Modules.Shadow.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
It appears I can't shadow your module for some reason... all my other modules do not have this issue.
I can provide you a list of modules used on my website if required but would prefer to send this to you via email for security reasons. This list may be helpful in troubleshooting the issue.
Do you have resolution for both of these issues?

| Fabian,
I have added a support ticket for this and you should be receiving my response through that. We can continue this through the ticket system at SnowCovered.

| Hi there,
What are you using for databaseOwner and objectQualifier in your web.config file for the database?
From the error it looks like the DNNStuff_ModuleRotator_ModuleRotator table is missing. Did you have any install errors when you installed it?
